You can purchase any item from the Lark range right here on our website. We mail internationally from our head office in Daylesford, Australia, and the shipping cost is the same wherever you are. Follow the links from our products page and add items to your shopping basket.

Prices are in UK£. We accept credit card payment in US$ and most other currencies through Paypal. Australian customers can order in AU$ here.

Delivery
We keep shipping costs low:

Orders under £10 ship for just £3.95 anywhere in the world

Orders £10-£30 ship for just £4.95 anywhere in the world

Orders over £30 ship for just £6.95 anywhere in the world

Please note that the majority of our products are shipped from Australia and allow at least 14 days for delivery. International parcels may attract a customs charge in your country.

Returns
We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 5 days and we will send details of how to return your goods.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please obtain proof of postage.

Special orders and commissions
Our designs are available in a far wider range of fabrics and materials than we can show on our website. We also make bespoke items for customers using their own materials. Please contact us if you have any special requests.
